Care Coordination Program Director (Austin, Texas)

Faith-based nonprofit organization, Unbound Now, is hiring a care coordination program director. This is a remote position but travel throughout Texas is expected. The salary for this grant-funded position starts at $70,000+.

Experience and Education:

• Advanced, relevant degree preferred

• Leadership and supervisory experience 

• Experience working with youth who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation

• Experience working collaboratively with statewide and regional partner agencies

• Comfortability developing and facilitating trainings

• Experience with programmatic grant reporting

• Experience using cloud-based case management software

• Experience facilitating protocol development

• Trained and experienced in trauma-informed care

• Trained in use and supervision of motivational interviewing
